RECEPTION OF THE ORDER In the event of damaged packages (already open, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and La Chaise Française, by all means, of any reservations within three (3) days following receipt of the Product. Unless there is a legitimate reason, any claim made beyond three (3) days following receipt of the Products will be considered inadmissible, and La Chaise Française cannot be held liable. The transfer of the risk of loss and deterioration of the Products will be carried out after delivery and receipt of the Products by the Customer. La Chaise Française reserves the right to ask the Customer to return the non-compliant or damaged Product. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, La Chaise Française may refuse to serve a subsequent order. ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES The Customer has a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order to request La Chaise Française for the return or exchange of the Product (s). To find out the terms of return and exchange, the Customer must contact La Chaise Française by phone at +33 6 86 37 30 19 (non-surcharged call) or by email at support@lachaisefrancaise.fr so that La Chaise Française can communicate the terms. The item should be returned in its original condition, new, unused, unfolded. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. In the event of a return, the customer will be reimbursed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt by La Chaise Française. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the initial order (credit of the amount to be refunded to the Customer's bank or Paypal account or check). Return costs are free in metropolitan France. In other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. In the case of an exchange, La Chaise Française will proceed with the exchange upon receipt of the order. If the exchange is not possible, La Chaise Française will inform the Customer and a refund will then be made by the same means of payment as the initial order (credit of the amount to be refunded to the Customer's bank or Paypal account or check) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days. During an exchange, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping costs for the new product are free in mainland France. In other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. It should be noted that only one exchange is authorized per Product. The return or exchange is at the risk of the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to keep any proof of return. If the item is not returned by the Customer within ten (10) days of making their request, the return or exchange is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product.
